Terms of Service
These terms describe the basic rules for using GoalMetric, a private fitness, nutrition, wellness and training-planning app.
Using GoalMetric
You are responsible for the information you connect, enter, share or ask GoalMetric to process. You should keep your sign-in account secure and only use the app for lawful, personal fitness and wellness purposes.
Health and fitness information
GoalMetric is not a medical device and does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, treatment or emergency support. Coaching briefs, readiness scores, food estimates, training plans and reports are informational only. Speak to a qualified medical professional before making health decisions, especially if you have symptoms, an injury, a medical condition or concerns about exercise or nutrition.
Connected services
If you connect services such as Google Health, Health Connect, Withings, Strava or other providers, you authorise GoalMetric to receive and process the data you approve. You can disconnect providers in the app. External services remain governed by their own terms and privacy policies.
AI and estimates
Some features may use AI or automated calculations to summarise data, estimate food nutrition, suggest training adjustments or prepare coaching text. These outputs can be incomplete or wrong, so check important entries and do not rely on them as medical or professional advice.
Sharing, circles and coach features
If you use circles, coach mode or sharing features, only share information you are comfortable showing to the selected people. Coaches, friends or other users are responsible for how they act on information they see.
Availability and changes
GoalMetric is provided on an as-available basis. Features may change, break, be suspended or be removed while the service is developed and tested. We may update these terms when the product changes.
